Meet with me free of charge.  We can meet over skype or on the phone, and you can ask me a bunch of questions to see how my fertility and pregnancy services can best support you. 

Individual consults: 

A consult in your home/over skype in which we will answer your questions, review your specific pregnancy needs and emotional concerns, and create a comprehensive plan to set you up for success as best as possible with your birth experience, breastfeeding and transition to parenthood.  There are many choices that a pregnant person can make even in early pregnancy that can help affect positive outcomes in birth and in the postpartum period. One time, multiple consults or ongoing consultation throughout pregnancy available as your pregnancy progresses and your physiological and emotional needs shift. 

The Fee for an Individual consult in your home is $150 for a 1.5 hour consultation, or $50/up to 30 minutes and $90/up to an hour on the phone/over skype. Please call or email to schedule your consult. *Please talk to me if this fee is a barrier for you to receive care. 

General Pregnancy Consultations (initial consult + ongoing text/phone access):  

In my humble opinion, this is one of the most exciting and unique services available to my Frida Care clients.  The journey of pregnancy is full of many unknowns which can sometimes be experienced as extremely exciting and other times as incredibly anxiety-producing.  I have observed this rocky and beautiful road in all of the people of my life who have had the privilege of experiencing it, and I have had the honor of unofficially midwifing  them through every step of this incredibly sacred time. With this service, we will establish our relationship with an initial consult in your home where I will answer all of your burning questions, and also give you what I believe to be essential pregnancy information! From that moment on, you will have access to me throughout your pregnancy when small questions come up (texting!), or if you'd like to talk through some of the bigger decisions about your pregnancy/birth plan as they come up, I will be available to you. It is my policy to get back to you within 24 hours, and it is my desire to address your specific concerns and provide the support you need and deserve.

The Flat Fee for a General Pregnancy Consultation in your home/over Skype + ongoing text/phone access throughout your entire pregnancy is $225  Please call or email to schedule your initial consult. *Please talk to me if this fee is a barrier for you to receive care.
